The location was great and beautiful; the staff was helpful in making suggestions for seeing the area, and I had incredible food for breakfast with first class coffee.

I had functional, new-fashioned rooms with a private safe, a minibar, and central heating. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the balcony had excellent views of the mountains...

It was an IDEAL place, had extremely great staff with the Service-such a friendly staff. Location: the hotel was next to parks, restaurants, ski lifts and glacier tours, high-priced Zermatt and the ski lifts and rental shop.

Lovely dinner spot! We tried some unique dishes and enjoyed our meal. Great location, super close to the train station 🚂.

Room was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful. Breakfasts were basic buffet fair but pleny of it!. Good value for Zermatt as the town is very expensive on the whole.If we went back at anttime in the future we would use this hotel again, all in all a good stay.

Had a newly remodeled room with a good view. Wake-up service was available in my room. The location was absolutely perfect, close to the slopes and the train station.

I had a wonderful time at Hotel Holiday in Zermatt. the room was bright and recently renovated with a beautiful mountain view. I loved having a large balcony that came with a table and chairs. the location was convenient and nice. Thank you to the staff for their excellent service during my stay!

We were staying right below the roof and thus the height of the room was a bit tricky (we almost succeeded to not hit hour heads. For 150CHF/room, 1 night incl. breakfast, there is nothing to complain about. We were very content - the place is close to the train-station and also going to the old town of Zermatt is feasible within 10 minutes walk. We will go again, no question.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. We had a great view of Matterhorn from our balcony (although construction cranes in Zermatt do affect it).

We got an economy room. When we checked in, we learned this is on the top floor, which has a sloping roof. We could only stand comfortably in the center of the room. This was quite inconvenient. We could not shower because of this problem. Also, they didn't have a shower curtain, or a electric kettle. The internet is costly, but there are many bars in Zermatt with free Wifi.

The room was spacious, well-lit, and had a great view. Everything was clean and tidy, giving a nice vibe. the hotel is located in a stunning spot with beautiful surroundings. 🌟

It's a little bit of a walk to the Sunnega lift - only about 5 minutes but in ski boots that feels really long!

Ability to change (wear ski clothes) in beginning of first day and at end of last day, even when room is ont available yet or anymore - we skies 2 days and rent the room for 1 day only

The fact that they impose Visa paiement in eur instead of letting us choosing between eur & chf
